Apricot BBQ Glazed Crock Pot Ribs

Directions

  1. Cut the red onion in long peices or thick , place on the bottom of the crockpot. Place your rack of ribs in the crockpot. Grab a bowl, add 1 cup of ketchup, 2 TBS brown sugar, 3 TBS worshire sauce, 2 TBS cider vinegar, 1/2 tsp onion and 1/2 tsp garlic powders, and 1 TBS celias traditional balsamic, bled together to form a BBQ sauce base. Next pour the blended BBQ base over the top of the ribs. Next add your drained apricots to the top. Then take one TBS of Celcias Traditional balsamic and drizzle over the top of the apricots and ribs. Cook on low for 10-15 hours or high 5-6 hours. I serve with a side of hot potato bacon salad!
