Tom's Honey Lemon Avocado Dressing or Dip

Ingredients

• 1 large Avocado
• 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 2 tbsp Celia's Honey Vinegar
• 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1/2 cup Water
• 1/4 cup Fresh Cilantro chopped

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. That's it! All that's left is to enjoy it, which you will.

5. Make this dressing thicker than the recipe calls for and do not dilute all these wonderful flavors with water. Put in some extra Honey Wine Vinegar instead and just leave it thick, like a very nice, smooth dip.
