Tom's Tandoori Turkey Sliders

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Mix the Mint Sauce ingredients in a bowl. Keep aside and refrigerated.
  2. Make a paste of the onion in a food processor. Empty in a mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients for the patties.
  3. Make round balls in your palm and flatten them to make round patties.
  4. Heat the grill or griddle pan drizzled with garlic oil.
  5. Place the patties and cook on both side until golden.
  6. to make the sliders
  7. Take one half of the bun and generously spread some Mint Sauce topped with one turkey patty followed by lettuce, onion and tomato. Cover with the other half bun. Repeat with the rest.
