Tom's Prosciutto and Goat Cheese Crostini

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick pieces.
  3. Brush each piece of bread with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 8-9 minutes, or until the bread is slightly crisp
  5. Spread about 1 tablespoon of goat cheese onto the crostini.
  6. Bake just for the cheese to melt.
  7. Roll together 1/2 slice prosciutto with 1 basil leaf, and place it on top of the goat cheese.
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Drizzle with balsamic
